1. Introduction

By accessing and using coloringkids.io (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

2. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement is effective from the date of your first use of the App. By using the App, you signify your acceptance of these Terms.

3. Purchase and Use of Tokens

a. In the App, you can purchase tokens which can be used to access various features, including generating coloring pictures based on your instructions. b. The generated picture may not exactly match your expectations, but token usage for this feature will still be required. c. Once tokens are used, they cannot be replenished without purchasing additional tokens.

4. No Refunds for Partial Token Sets

a. Tokens are sold in sets (e.g., a set of 50 tokens). b. You may not request a refund for a portion of a token set. For example, if you have used 5 tokens from a set of 50, you cannot request a refund for the remaining 45 tokens.

5. Refund Policy for Unused Sets

a. Refund requests for purchases of entire, unused token sets can be made within 7 days of the transaction. b. To request a refund, please contact hi@coloringkids.io.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any issues arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the tokens. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including software, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Digitale Kumpel GmbH or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
